We seek a compassionate and hardworking Administrative Coordinator to help achieve our vision. Candidate should have a real drive to make a difference and add value to our services therefore commitment is vital. There are lots of rewarding opportunities to expand skills and be creative.

You will organize, manage, and perform administrative and program support activities on behalf of the Chairperson, Trustees, and other officers of the organization. You will be the primary point of administrative and operational contact for internal and external communication matters.

Position:        Administrative Coordinator                        Location: Adabraka, Accra

Term:             Full Time                                                        Salary: Confidential

Responsibilities/Duties:              

  1. Co-ordinate the organization’s programs, hospital visits, special projects, and other events where required.
  2. Manage organizational expenses and ensure invoices and bills are promptly paid
  3. Maintain a calendar of appointments, events and meetings.
  4. Contact sponsors and patrons by approved methods in accordance to the organization’s standards.
  5. Serve as a liaison with the hospitals we support, external institutions, and other offices.
  6. Data entry duties, writing letters and general office duties.

Abilities & Skills:    

  1. Fluent in English (Oral & written); Excellent Communication and Organisational skills
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  3. Highly efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  4. Strong capability to multitask and finish assigned projects before deadlines.
  5. Ability to work with minimal or no supervision to meet targets.

Desirable Skills:      Graphic design and social media knowledge/skills are highly desirable.

Qualification:           Higher National Diploma (HND) or Degree in Higher Education.

Experience:              Six months or more in an office environment using computers and telephones to carry out diverse                                                 administrative duties.
