In a heartwarming celebration of Cancer Awareness Month, Little Angels Trust made one young boy's day unforgettable. The organization dedicated this special time to little Jonathan, a brave child, by treating him to a day of fun and games at the Melcom Gaming Arcade in Ghana.
The month of August 2025 was a very significant one for Little Angels Trust. We dedicated the entire month to shining a light on mental health in children, an area of advocacy that is deeply important to us and one that is often overlooked in our communities.
On 2nd August 2025, the Little Angels Trust team had the honor of celebrating a group of professionals whose work often goes unseen but whose impact is deeply felt—the nurses and health workers at the Children’s Department of the Accra Psychiatric Hospital.
For six-year-old Tipagaya, life has been a journey filled with challenges, but also with laughter, play, and an unshakable sparkle in her eyes. Together with her mother, Rukaya Fuseini, she travelled all the way from the Northern Region to Accra, where she spent many months in and out of hospital care. Despite the long days away from home, Tipagaya’s cheerful nature never dimmed — she loved to sing, to play, and to share joy with everyone around her.
At Little Angels Trust, every child’s story is a testament to courage, hope, and resilience. For over two decades, our charity has walked alongside children battling cancer and mental health challenges, offering support, comfort, and the assurance that they are not alone. From hospital beds to homes, our mission has always been to stand in the gap—filling it with love, care, and dignity.
